Is there a minimum order for your products?

Most of our products do NOT have a minimum order. Your group takes orders and we send you exactly the number of products you have ordered. Your QSP representative can help you decide what the best product is. We realize you are in this to RAISE MONEY and we will help you do that.

How do I know my customers will like your products?

Our marketing team works hard to develop products that are in line with national trends and that will appeal to a wide group of people. And all products are attractively packaged – not just in plain white boxes. But beyond that, our products carry our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If your customer is not satisfied, they can call our toll-free number for a different product choice or a full refund! Though that rarely happens, it’s just one of the ways we prove to you that working with QSP is a hassle-free fundraising experience!

How do we get started with a fundraiser?

It seems to me the longer we sell the more we make. But our fundraising representative says we should keep our program short. Why is that?

It’s a lot like giving homework to students. If you give a student 4 weeks to do a paper, most will use just the last few days to do all the work. By keeping it short and focused, your students are more likely to have good results.

Do we have to pay for our products up front?

No. Your invoice will be sent after your products are shipped. There is no out of pocket cost for any of QSP’s fundraisers.

To whom should cheques be written?

Check with the coordinator of your program, or your parent letter to find out this answer. Or if you are the coordinator, please check with your QSP representative.

I received a substitute item and did not like it, what do I do?

We will be happy to send you a product that you do like. Check our online catalogues of current seasonal products and choose an item of equal value. Then call 800-667-2536 for further instructions. Check our online catalogue for a complete list.

We got our order of product but not the children's prizes. Were they sent?

Please call 800-667-2536 and we will be happy to check on your prize order.

How long will it take to receive my new subscription?

Please note that most publishers pre-label the magazines up to 3 issues in advance. Depending on the frequency of the magazine, new subscriptions may take up to 12-16 weeks for the delivery of the first issue.

What if I receive duplicate copies of the same magazine?

Please contact QSP Customer Service at 1-800-667-2536 Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST). Be sure to have both magazine account numbers ready, as this will help expedite our call with the publisher. For faster service, send both mailing labels directly to the publisher and request that the duplicate accounts be combined to extend your subscription.

What if I receive an invoice from the publisher?

Please contact QSP Customer Service at 1-800-667-2536 Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST). Be sure to have the invoice and account number ready to help expedite our call with the publisher. Please note that cancelling a publisher generated invoice will not affect your QSP subscription; this will simply remove your name from the publisher’s billing cycle. For faster service, write “Cancel” on the invoice and send it to the publisher.

What if I’d like to receive a premium the publisher is advertising?

You may have seen an advertisement on TV or received a direct offer from the publisher for a premium. QSP is only authorized to fulfill the premiums that are featured in our magazine catalogue.

What if my address is changing?

Please contact QSP Customer Service at 1-800-667-2536 Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST) to provide your updated mailing address. Your new address will be updated and forwarded directly to the publisher. Please allow 2-3 issues for the address change to be implemented, as the publisher’s pre-label subscriptions in advance. For faster service, send the current mailing label and the new address directly to the publisher. The publisher’s address is usually found on the label of the contents page.

How can I renew my current subscription?

Simply complete your name and address information exactly as it appears on the address label of your most current issue, and indicate “renewal” on your order.

How do I send magazine subscriptions to more than one address?

In the shopping cart before checkout, there will be dropdown menus asking for a recipient name. You must click the dropdown, and then click “Add Recipient”. This will prompt you to enter a recipient’s name. Once the name is entered, click the “add” button at the bottom of the field. You will then need to click the drop down again and select the newly created recipient. In the checkout process, it will prompt you for each recipients mailing address.

Can I send the magazine I ordered to an American mailing address?

Orders placed on the QSP Canada website can only be sent to Canadian mailing addresses.
